How it works
1. Sign in to your account on rbauction.com
Access the Ritchie Bros. Financial Services Currency Exchange portal through your online account on the Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers website. See your purchase history, invoices, and payment amounts due, then choose the ‘Currency Exchange' tool to begin the process.
2. Provide payment details
Once you enter the Ritchie Bros. Financial Services Currency Exchange, simply select your preferred currency and you'll be shown the amount required in your home currency based on the preferred foreign exchange rate offered by Ritchie Bros. Financial Services and our leading financial institution partner. This quoted exchange rate is locked-in for 48 hours – this means no currency fluctuations during that period as you finalize your transaction.
3. Enter payer information
Enter your payer details, carefully review the Terms & Conditions and then, click "Accept" and "Submit".
4. Initiate wire transfer
Use the payment instructions and reference code and provide the information to your bank branch, commercial banking site or send it to your adviser within 48 hours. Your bank simply follows the instructions and sends the funds. You will receive a confirmation when Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers receives your payment.
