Pipelayers
Pipelayers are construction equipment used for lowering sections of pipes into the ditch and implanting pipes into trenches for pipeline construction. Pipes are most commonly used to safely transport materials such as oil, natural gas, gasoline, and other materials from their point of origin to a refinery. Pipelayers are usually created by modifying a crawler tractor with a boom mounted on one side of the machine and counterweights on the other side.
